New Year
Well here it is the beginning of the New Year and all is well in the Fondaco household.
We are excited for this New Year with many things planned to keep us busy!
Joe is keeping busy with work, Yep he is still at Kennecott Copper mine. He took a supervisor position at the end of October and has loved every minute of it. His most favorite thing about it is having to figure out when to take days off veruses before when he had to figure out where he was going to work the overtime.
The boys love him being home more with them. Dominic thought it was great that Daddy was home with him every day for 12 days straight over Christmas. They really bonded and he really became a daddy's boy over that time (sad for mom).
I am doing the same old thing being as busy as ever. I am still a crossing guard for a local elementary school, I picked up throwing a paper route to pay off some of the Christmas bills and I am looking forward to giving that up in May. I am in the PTA and spend a lot of time helping at Anthony's school I love being involved and getting to know the staff I think it makes a huge difference on his education.
I just recently was elected to be on the Bingham baseball board and I am really excited to be involved in the community and help out with the sports my children are involved in. Yes I have my hands in a lot of different things but it keeps me busy so I can never say I am bored. My favorite thing is being a Mother it has been a joy being able to stay home with Anthony and Dominic.
Anthony is now 8 years old he was baptized in September and thought that was the coolest thing.
He played tackle football this last year and loved every minute of it. I will tell you he may be small but he can hit just as hard as the big guys. He blew my mind, I thought he would give up on football after all the heavy practices and conditioning they do, but I will tell you he never complained about how hard it was he just got out there and enjoyed every minute of it. He is doing well in school he is in the 3rd grade he hates to read but love math and learning cursive. He is doing well with learning to focus on getting his homework done and he is growing into his own. He worries me though remember I said he was 8 years old and I have more girls calling here to play with him than I think I can handle. He loves it but would never admit to it.
Dominic is 2 he is a carbon copy of his brother anything Anthony does Dominic does right down to the smart remarks Anthony makes to his mom and dad. He is learning manners and loves to say excuse me when those times come up. He loves monster trucks and will play with them all day and night if we let him. He will watch them on T.V with dad and think that is the coolest thing ever. He loved putting on Anthonys football pads and helmet and we would say ready, set, hike and he would take off like a bolt of lightening. He is mommies little angel we do everything together. He loves story time and will try to read it to me and that is just so fun. He loves to dance and "move it move it" He love watching Toy Story and Nemo. He is a much easier baby than Anthony was. He is not nearly as busy.
We really have been blessed and our children our happy and healthy and we are just doing wonderful in our lives and we can thank the Lord for his blessings.
